Returns & Exchanges

At NuStrips, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
